David Dougherty is a trainer, consultant and lifelong learner who seeks to enthuse and equip mission leaders for leadership development. He brings seventeen years of experience as a U. S. pastor plus seventeen years of leadership in OMF International to his role as LeaderLink program chair.
His recent ministry focus has been in the areas of strategy, leadership development and training for adult learners.

M. L. Hillard is Sr. V. P. for Bright China Management Institute, which is committed to the development of Chinese business and government leadership. Spending over half his time living and teaching in Beijing, he additionally works with faith-based organizations in leadership development and facilitation coaching.
M. L. retired from ServiceMaster where he was V. P. for People Development.

Steve Hoke combines experience as a missions executive, college professor and consultant in training and relief & development. He is a training consultant for the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) and serves as Vice President for Staff Development and Training for Church Resource Ministries . Steve is an MK from Japan (TEAM).

Steve Moore has been actively involved with missions for more than two decades. He served as Vice President of International Ministries for Kingdom Building Ministries and later Emerging Young Leaders, working closely with missionaries in nearly 40 countries through short-term outreach, training, mobilization and research projects. His catalytic leadership included the development of prayer mobilization videos focused on least evangelized people groups in Asia. In 1996, building on the momentum of a prayer mobilization video project, Steve brought together churches, agencies and denominational leaders to launch a people-specific resource network that continues to bear fruit and gain momentum.
He is President of The Mission Exchange (formerly EFMA ) .

Marv Newell has wide experience and service as a missionary with TEAM for 21 years, 15 of those in Papua (Irian Jaya), Indonesia and 6 years in Wheaton as Regional Director for TEAM’s ten Pacific Rim fields. While in Irian Jaya, his primary ministry was teaching at a Bible college and training church leaders. Marv was also involved in church development among the Biak tribe and in field leadership. For the past seven years he has served full time on the faculty of Moody Graduate School as Professor of Mission and Chair of the Intercultural Studies Program. On January 1, 2007, he became the Executive Director of CrossGlobal Link (formerly IFMA).
