LeaderLink is the most comprehensive leadership institute designed specifically for missions. It is intended to enhance leadership development for mission leaders by addressing leadership challenges that are peculiar to missions. Whatever level of mission leadership in which one is engaged, you can benefit from this leadership training. For over 16 years CrossGlobal Link has been providing specialized mission training to the mission community through this LeaderLink training division.

Starting in January 2011, this training will be conveniently delivered to you on-line. The training will have two two formats:

1) WEBINARS

On the second Tuesday of each month a stand-alone 75-minute webinar will be presented by a expert on a current mission-related topic. These webinars intend to keep the mission community abreast in current mission related issues, trends and products.

2) WEB WORKSHOPS

These interactive six-week workshops allow participants to systematically dig deeper into leadership principles and practices. Once every Wednesday over a six-week period, a cohort of participants will be instructed and guided for 75 minutes by a recognized expert. In 2011 there will be 3 modular on-line workshops offered:
